How long does it take to process and receive my shipment?

Once we receive your order it takes 1-2 days to receive your tracking number. Your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check your inbox and your spam folder first before inquiring about not receiving your tracking number.

On day #3 The USPS will then pick up your packages and scan them to be sent to the mail processing facility. They are then sorted and shipped en route to your location. Once it is received by your local carrier they are then sent out for delivery. This process can take a total of 3-5 business days for US customers. Please do not count weekends and holidays. International customers please allow 6-10 business days.

Why is my order taking so long to process?

We ship 500+ packages. We strive to find quicker and more efficient solutions to get packages out daily. Please be patient. When we process orders it involves several things. That can include verifying incomplete addresses, orders with no apartment number, extra notes or words in the address line, mis-spelled addresses, wrong addresses, wrong zip codes etc...the list goes on. As soon as we receive orders we begin processing immediately. Should you have questions you are always welcome to send a message through the Contact Us tab and we will answer emails within 24-48hrs.

My item was broken or damaged what can i do?

Each product is insured through our vendor and the USPS. Broken, damages, lost or stolen packages can be replaced. Please save your packaging, labels and the product. We will ask for pictures and information from your label to begin processing the claim to be compensated. In the meantime we will send you out a new item as soon as you send us back photo of the broken product or damages to include your name and address. 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally in the exception of Africa and China. Should you have any questions about where we ship to please contact us through the Contact Us tab.

What is the Slim Thick Plan?The slim thick plan consists of 1 week supply of Apetamin, 2 week supply of Apetamin or 1 month supply of Apetamin. Please select the appropriate plan according to how many bottles you would like. We are working toward building a better package so that each plan comes with fitness training and meal selection to help you with your weight gain journey. At this time the software has some bugs therefore we will update our customers when the new plans become available. 

Can I use the Slim Thick Plan while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No we do not suggest using Apetamin if you are pregnant or breast feeding. 

 I got my tracking number but it shows unavailable?

Sometimes packages do not get scanned or somehow get lost. We will deal with those situations appropriately. If you are a US customer and it has been longer than 5 business days not counting holidays or weekends then please contact us immediately to locate your package or issue you a new one. Once a package is picked up it is out of our control however we can work with you and the USPS to find your package or send a new one. Things do happen and we will work quickly to resolve issues. Please do not post comments such as "I have been scammed" "my money was stolen" etc..we never hold orders or customer funds. If you are not satisfied we will gladly refund you.
